Bonus Fair Use

Account Security

Prohibited Conduct

1 Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

2 Eligibility & Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
Access to and use of k991 is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy this age requirement. k991 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be closed immediately and any Balance forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility
The Platform is intended for use by residents of Bangladesh. You must not access the Platform from a Restricted Territory.
2.3 Registration Process
To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during registration. 2.4 One Account Rule

3 Account Management
3.1 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other login credentials associated with your Account. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party or allow any other person to access your Account. k991 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
3.2 Unauthorised Access
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify k991 support immediately by contacting us at [email protected]. k991 may take any action it deems appropriate to protect the Account pending investigation, including temporary suspension of access.
3.3 Account Verification
k991 may at any time request that you complete identity verification procedures, including the submission of government-issued photographic identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in restriction or closure of your Account and any pending withdrawals being placed on hold.
3.4 Account Closure
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting k991 support. Any remaining Balance at the time of closure, after deduction of applicable fees and verification of compliance with these Terms, will be returned to your designated withdrawal method. Accounts closed under investigation for fraud or policy violations may be subject to a hold period.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
k991 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time. All transactions are conducted in BDT.
4.2 Deposit Limits
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction within your Account. k991 reserves the right to adjust these limits at its discretion. Deposits made via mobile financial services such as bKash and Nagad are typically processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to credit.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed by k991 within the timeframes set out in the Payments section of the Platform. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. k991 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. k991 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. You must have fully verified your Account before your first withdrawal request can be approved. Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to the Wagering Requirements specified in the applicable promotion terms.
4.5 Transaction Fees
k991 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (including bKash, Nagad, or your bank) may apply their own transaction charges, for which k991 accepts no responsibility. Any such third-party fees are the sole responsibility of the user.
All deposits must originate from an account or wallet held in your own name. k991 employs automated monitoring to detect third-party funding and reserves the right to void any transaction and close any Account found to be in breach of this requirement.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available on k991 are subject to specific terms and conditions that accompany each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, all Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion. Wagers placed on certain game types may not contribute, or may contribute at a reduced rate, toward satisfying a Wagering Requirement.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
k991 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any Bonus Funds — and any winnings derived from those funds — if we determine, in our reasonable discretion, that a user has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to complete Wagering Requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or exploiting an error or system fault.
5.4 Expiry of Bonus Funds
Bonus Funds that have not been wagered within the timeframe specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire and be removed from your Account automatically. Expired Bonus Funds cannot be reinstated.
6 Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 Acceptance of Bets
k991 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion. Bets are not accepted until a confirmation reference has been issued to your Account. In the event of a technical fault that prevents a bet from being recorded correctly, k991 will not be liable for any resulting loss and the bet will be treated as void.
6.2 Errors and Manifest Mistakes
In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly erroneous due to a system error, human error, or data feed fault, k991 reserves the right to void the relevant bet regardless of whether confirmation was issued. k991 will notify affected users promptly and return any staked funds to the relevant Account.
6.3 Sports Betting Rules
All sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and horse racing — are governed by the specific sport and market rules displayed on the Platform. In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and may be suspended at any time at k991's discretion.
6.4 Casino and Live Games
Casino and live dealer games are supplied by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. 7 Prohibited Conduct

- Creating or operating more than one Account, or operating an Account on behalf of another person;

8 Intellectual Property

10.4 Maximum Liability
In any event, k991's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11 Responsible Gaming

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction, as determined by k991 in its reasonable discretion.
